Organizational Structure & Opportunities

1. Management (158 Positions Total)

Our management team will oversee global strategy, partnerships, and administrative operations across our divisions.
Minimum Requirement: Bachelor's Degree or Higher.
Work Location: Abuja, Nigeria (Selected candidates may be deployed to the U.S. headquarters).
Salary Range: ₦850,000 – ₦1,850,000 monthly.

Management Categories & Functions:

• Executive Management: Chief Executives, Regional Directors, Department Heads.

• Finance & Operations: Financial Controllers, Account Managers, Compliance Officers.

• Business & Marketing: Business Development Managers, Brand Strategists, Digital Marketing Leads.

• Technology & E-commerce: IT Administrators, Systems Analysts, Web & App Developers.

• Human Resource & Training: HR Managers, Training Coordinators, Resource Directors.

• International Relations: Liaison Officers, Procurement & Logistics Managers, Project Coordinators.

2. Staff (9,842 Positions Total)

Our staff team will drive day-to-day operations across all service departments, ensuring efficiency, communication, and customer satisfaction.
Minimum Requirement: SSCE or equivalent.
Work Location: Abuja, Nigeria.
Salary Range: ₦150,000 – ₦650,000 monthly.

Staff Categories & Functions:

• Customer & Sales Support: Sales Representatives, Customer Service Officers, Call Center Agents.

• Finance & Accounts: Cashiers, Financial Assistants, Field Agents.

• Training & Development: Facilitators, Program Assistants, Administrative Support.

• E-commerce & Logistics: Product Handlers, Warehouse Clerks, Delivery & Dispatch Staff.

• Food & Hospitality: Kitchen Staff, Delivery Riders, Restaurant Attendants.

• Technical & IT Support: Data Entry Clerks, Web Assistants, Maintenance Technicians.

• Outsourcing & Job Programs: Field Supervisors, Outreach Coordinators, Recruitment Assistants.

Eligibility

• Must be a Nigerian citizen.

• Age range: 20 – 50 years.

• Must have a valid means of identification (National ID, International Passport, Voter's Card, or Driver's License).

• Must have a verifiable address in Nigeria.

• Must possess good communication skills and be willing to work in a team environment.

Educational Requirements

• Management Positions: Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.

• Staff Positions: Minimum of SSCE (WAEC/NECO) or equivalent.

Work Location

• Primary Base: Abuja, Nigeria.

• International Deployment: Selected management positions may be stationed in our U.S. office (New York).
  Candidates applying for U.S. deployment must have a valid international passport.
